We will set up a virtual network on your machine, install Windows Server, promote it to a Domain Controller, and set up a domain of 3 machines. Within this domain, we’ll practice:
- User Account Creation and Management
- Group Policy Configuration
- Active Directory Group Management
- DNS and DHCP Configuration
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting Domain Issues
We will then transition these skills to the Azure cloud, applying them to enterprise networks using Azure Entra ID, covering:
- Azure AD User and Group Management
- Conditional Access Policies
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup
- Identity Protection and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)
By the end of this course, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based identity and access management.
